Through its online marketplace, accredited institutional investors bid on a company’s accounts receivable in real-time auctions. The venture-capital-backed company won the 2010 Wall Street Journal Technology Innovation award in the e-commerce category. Operated by The New Orleans Exchange Inc., The Receivables Exchange recently launched a joint strategic initiative with NYSE Euronext to market the Corporate Receivables Program, opening up the Exchange to large corporations.

Its exchanges in Europe and the U.S. trade equities, futures, options, fixed-income and exchange-traded products.
